Our tips to safely ship your device.

Once you have placed your order, we automatically email a prepaid shipping label you can use to mail us your device(s).

Alternatively, local clients can use schedule a time to drop off their device(s) in-person at our lab in the Scottsdale Airpark.

Those who prefer to ship can do so using the FedEx prepaid shipping label. We recommend you apply the following steps to secure your shipment:

Power Down and Disconnect: Turn off the laptop and unplug it from any power sources.
Protect the Laptop: Wrap the laptop in a protective layer. Use bubble wrap or foam padding to cover the laptop thoroughly, paying extra attention to the corners and edges.
Choose the Right Box: Place the wrapped laptop in a sturdy, appropriately sized box. If possible, use the original laptop box, as it’s designed for protection. If not, ensure the box is strong and has enough room for padding.
Add Padding: Fill any empty spaces in the box with additional packing material like foam peanuts, bubble wrap, or crumpled paper to prevent the laptop from moving around during transit.
Seal the Box: Securely seal the box with strong packing tape. Reinforce the edges and seams to ensure it stays closed.
Label the Box: Clearly label the box with both the sender’s and recipient’s addresses. Consider marking it as “Fragile” to indicate that the contents are delicate.
